Facebook plug-ins (Like and Share button)
You can recognize the Facebook plug-ins by the “Like, Share or Send-buttons” (“Like”) on our website. These are provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”). A detailed overview of the Facebook plug-ins is available at the following link: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our website, a direct connection is established between the Facebook server and your browser via the plug-in. This tells Facebook that you have visited our site using your IP address. If the “Like-Button” is clicked while you are logged into your Facebook account, it is possible that you can link the contents of our website on your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to assign your visit to our website to your user account.
Your data will only be transmitted after your express consent. We would like to point out that we do not obtain knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. The Facebook privacy policy can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
Facebook (Link)
On our site, we use a reference (link) to our presence on the social network Facebook (Facebook fan page) to interact with Facebook users who visit the fan page. For this Facebook fan page, we have teamed up with Facebook Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”) as joint responsible party pursuant to Art. 26 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). The agreement on joint responsibility can be found under the following link: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum.
With the processing of your personal data, we pursue the purpose of providing visitors with an up-to-date information platform and an opportunity to interact on Facebook. The basis of the processing is therefore our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. The interests of the users are always considered. Information on the legal basis for processing on Facebook can be found at http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/legal_bases/.
When visiting our Facebook fan page, Facebook collects and processes personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Part of this data is made available to us in summarized form via the so-called “Insights” (Facebook user statistics). A cookie is stored for this purpose on the user’s end device. This serves to be able to use this information again at a later date. The cookie remains active for a period of two years if it is not deleted. Further information from Facebook on the use of cookies can be found in the Facebook cookie policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/policies/cookies/. The transmission of these user statistics is exclusively in an anonymous form and there is no possibility for us to access the data on which they are based.
Whether Facebook transmits personal data to third parties is beyond our control. It is possible that Facebook Inc., based in the USA, processes personal data outside the European Union. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties by us. You can find more information about Facebook’s data policy at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update?ref=old_policy
If you are already logged into Facebook via your personal user account, the information about your visit to our website will be automatically forwarded to Facebook. It is then possible for Facebook to assign the visit to the website to your account. If you do not wish your data to be transmitted and stored by Facebook, please log out of your Facebook account.
Use of Google Analytics
Nature and purpose of the processing:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: “Google"). Google Analytics uses “cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
The purpose of data processing is to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the Internet, further associated services are then to be provided.
Legal Basis:
The processing of the data is based on the consent of the user (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Recipients:
The recipient of the data is Google as the processor of the order. We have concluded the corresponding contract with Google for this purpose.
Storage period:
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for our recording purposes.
Third Country Transfer:
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Browser Add On to deactivate Google Analytics.
In addition, or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking on this link. This will install an opt-out cookie on your device. This will prevent Google Analytics from tracking this website and this browser in the future for as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.
If you do not want the allocation in your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out (even for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google in order to exercise this right.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for those advertisers who have opted in to conversion tracking.
