Your application
We look forward to your application! You can find our open positions here. Also feel free to send us a speculative application.
Getting to know each other
First contact is usually made via the phone. The purpose of the call is to get to know you, and to tell you about synvert Data Insights and the open positions that we have.
Assessment test
You will be asked to solve a programming problem. This will help us to evaluate your approach to problem solving, as well as your programming skills.
Technical interview
This is where you have the opportunity to meet the team and to learn about the projects we have on offer. You will be invited to tell us about your technical background - likewise, we will tell you about ours.
Final interview
This meeting is between you and our management. Among other things, this discussion will be about the terms of the offer.
What we expect from you
Willingness to travel
While most of our customer projects are currently remote, you may be required to travel anywhere within Germany, or potentially to neighboring countries. In line with the growth of our company, we are increasingly interested in servicing international customers.
Self-Organization
Self-organization refers to the way people manage and organize their work schedule. All synvert Data Insighters have a high level of autonomy in order to carry out the tasks they need to accomplish. Our team members must exhibit a strong sense of ownership over their success.
Motivation and passion
We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for data. Self-motivation and a passion for the profession are very important to us.
Eagerness to progress and learn
Working in the data domain is about being eager to learn, and having the ability to adapt to the constant changes in methods and technologies.
Presentation skills
Whether for a client project, an internal event, or a conference: as a consultant, you need strong presentation skills.
Communication in both German and English
It is important for us that everyone in the team is able to communicate in both German and English. For our international colleagues we are offering weekly German classes.
